All food is freshly prepared on-site and served on china with linen tablecloths and napkins.

Your choice of two meats:

Roast Beef (steamship round carved on buffet 90 guest min) or sliced au jus
Baked Ham
Chicken (deep fried or glazed breast served on bed of wild rice)
Roast Turkey (served with dressing)
BBQ Loin of Pork

Your choice of one Potato

Baked served with sour cream, chives and butter
